I'd like to join this thread! I've been hovering between 133-134 for the past week. I've been eating healthy, tracking everything, and exercising (all though way less than I should be!), but it's coming off sooo slow!
I really want to get back into the 120's before I go to Europe at the end of the month. Hopefully this thread will motivate me to kick it up a notch with the exercise! Good luck ladies... we can do this!
