Me: 195, up two pound from last week. I'm not managing all my extra time off from the plant slowdown very well at all. I can do better than this, I know it. I just have to actually, you know, start doing it.

311.7- down 1.6 lbs ( i was hoping for more but a loss is better than a gain right?
