Just came back from a two week vacation. I was worried about weighing in on the home scale because I didn't know if it would be different from the vacation scale.

But this morning, great news!

I'm now down twenty pounds since June 19th.

First time I've ever gone on vacation without getting the ice cream and the fudge, but I lived to tell the tale.

Ugh. It's so hard when you don't have as much control over food choices!!!

I was aided by the fact that I was out in the country and walking 4 miles a day.

But sitting down to meals where there was not a single good choice on my plate was hard, hard, hard.

But I think vacationing is great anyway.
