    And yes I know that I just posted yesterday a self congratulatory post about making it into the 230's... but I'm just so darn excited!!!!!

    As of today I've lost 140 POUNDS!!!!!!! In less than 11 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    YES!!!! I'm stoked. Really stoked.

    And I'm also left wondering... how much freaking water WAS I retaining because this makes 13 lbs lost in 12 days! I know that surgery can do that to you but WOW!!!!

    Just sharing And you know what? What DC said yesterday was so true. If I can do this ANYONE can do this!
