  • Open faced Subway (took the top off for not so many carbs) chicken breast with lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, pickles, lf ranch MMmmmmm
  • 2 Tbs. garlic hummus with 1/2 cup raw veggie dippers
  • Not all at the same time but within the past 4 hours

    8 baby carrots
    1 large celery stalk
    protein drink
    1 cup water w/ 1tsp metamucil
    1/2 cup oats cooked with 1 cup water
    1 fish oil capsule
    1 biotin
  • I had a bad food day.....
    I got up late went to URM, after that I went to the bank and bought some more fresh fruit and veggies, and because I was hunger I bought that crap. I should never go to the grocery store hungry!
