  • i overate at yesterdays dinner!!

    - 5 samosas, 1/2 roti (chapati) 1/2 naan. mince lamb curry. 1 tablespoon of mixed vegetables. 1 tablespoon of coleslaw.

    dessert - 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with indian carrot pudding. 1 glass of fanta icy lemon.

    My new goals are no sugar in my tea or coffee, no adding extra salt & no more ice cream at night for a while, that's an extra 300 calories a day.
