  • When I woke up I had 2 packets of regular oatmeal with a 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries... AGAIN! 255 calories

    Just had a Special K bar! Yummy!!!

    Water to drink all day!
  • 1/2 cup oats cooked with 1 cup water

    1 cup water, 1 tsp metamucil
  • Grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli.
  • 3 cups lettuce, 2tbsp ff honey mustard dressing
    4oz baked boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup green beans
  • Kozy Shack sugar free tapioca pudding, pretty tasty.
  • Earlier I had fat free tuna w/ wheat crackers and 1 icy pop and 1 nectarine

    Dinner- salad w/ spinanch, not lettace, and broc. and carrots w 6TBS of FF italian

    Just had activa for dessert and 5 special k crackers

    Later on in my shift Im going to have 100 calorie pack of cookies and 1 icy pop


    All together today Im goin have 1155 calories!!! Yeah Day 4 of my diet complete.

  • It was well with in calories so I am not to upset about it, just couldnt get it out of my mind. lol. I am at least glad that now I can actually stop at one serving.
  • last thing was dinner last night which was 3 slices of home made pizza and 2 glasses of 7up.
  • a slice of whole wheat toast, two Laughing Cow wedges and a delicious peach!
  • 1 slice wheat bread, 1/2 tbsp country crock butter

    3 cups coffee
  • Pancakes made with Fiber One mix, egg beaters, coffee.
  • 2 eggs cooked with pam and black pepper
    1 cup water with 1 tsp metamucil
