I just burned a cd with all kinds of "get up and shake ya booty" songs! I put stuff like Naughty Girl and Crazy in Love by Beyonce, OH and also there is this song by her that I found that is AWESOME!! It is called Work it Out and it is on the Austin Powers Goldmember soundtrack! It definitely makes you want to get up and dance! I also like a lot of Jennifer Lopez's stuff because it is really upbeat and latin sounding. Hopefully I can break enough of a sweat dancing to shed some pounds.
