WOW! What a difference a year makes! You have always been a very pretty gal, but the new pictures show a vibrant, energetic woman that just sparkles in every picture. You look so much happier ..... and so much younger!

I have read your posts on various exercise kinds of threads, so I know that you work this plan hard and very nearly every day. That wonderful, happy and healthy lady in the pictures (like your great new avatar picture) is the just reward for your continuous dedication to a better way of living.
