Anyone up for a 10 minute fitness challenge

  • I do not have all the details worked out yet. Here is what I am thinking so far

    Goal: Complete a 10 minute workout twice a day 6 days per week. 1 must be cardio and 1 weight resistance training. Cardio must be high intensity (for your fitness level). Weight resistance training can be lifting weights, doing toning exercises, etc. Do positive affirmations and visualizations to help reinforce exercise and create neural connections to support weight loss.

    Week 1-4:
    Complete 2- 10 minute workouts daily at least 3 days per weekk (am & pm)
    Drink at least 4 glasses of water daily
    Make a list of at least 5 positive affirmations and read it at least twice a day.

    Weeks 5-8
    Complete 2 - 10 minute workouts at least 5 days per week (am & pm)
    Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily
    Read affirmations list at least twice a day
    Do a daily 5 minute visualization of you at your goal.

    Weeks 9-12
    Complete 2 - 10 minute workouts at least 6 days per week (am & pm)
    Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
    Read affirmations list at leasr twice a day.
    Do a daily 10 minute visualization of you at your goal.

    Post your goal at the beginning of the challenge - such as lose 1 dress size etc.
    No scale for the duration of the challenge
    Post your measurements and update weekly
    Post a before and after pic if you would like.
