The scale bounced back up a little! I know weight changes daily, but that really put a damper on me! Still I am going to stick with it and see this through!

at least my scale shows when my water weight goes up. And it did.

You are doing great!I know the scale thing is a bummer.Even when you know why,it isn't fun to see the#'s go in the wrong direction.

Thanks ladies, I needed the encouragement. Yeah it totally just sucked. But I"m ok, and NOT going to blow it because the scale is not saying what I want it to!
