Another newbie :)

    I turned 30 this year and hit the 200lbs mark. One is no big deal, the other, gah! This is heaviest I have ever been and it has only been 5 years since I was a size 2

    Hitting 200lbs was a wake up call to me that this wasn't just going to fix itself.
    I want to enjoy pictures of me again instead of cringing.

    I started the Couch to 5k program a few weeks ago. Week 3 Day 1 is tomorrow! I have really liked the slow progression of running time. I want to see my thighs have nice muscles again
