I just noticed Lori's signature and tracker while reading another one of her "spot on", tell it like it is, informative posts that we have come to LOVE and I noticed a *little* something - she's hit her goal weight.

Lori, what is there to possibly say to express how happy I am for you? How can I possibly let you know how FABULOUS and STUPENDOUS a job I think you've done? Your hard work has paid off in a big marvelous way. You are the epitome, bar none, of a true lifestyle change. And boy oh boy am I pretty certain your life has changed. You bring new meaning to the word inspiration.

Congratulations Lori and I look forward to spending many, many years with you now that you will be transitioning from a loser to a maintainer.
