hello all. started a weight loss plan mid-may. i admit i probably went overboard on reducing calories at first, but I've now been pretty steady at ~1500 cal/day plus 3-4 days a week of cardio for 30 min. so far i've lost about 20-25 pounds.
haven't seen TOM since early april. i just finished up a stressful semester of college in early may but usually when i lose weight i find that I become more regular because i have a tendency to be irregular most of the time which i blamed on my weight.
is this serious? should i wait a while for my body to adjust some more or see the doctor right away?
