What time is breakfast?

  • well personally i am rubbish at getting up in the morning so this isnt and issue for me! but i just wondered if its a problem to fit in food and excercise can you maybe excercise later in the day? i usually excercise as soon as i get in from work before i cook and its usually about two hours after my afternoon snack so i dont feel too weak to excercise. just a thought..

  • Since losing weight I've turned into an EARLY riser compared to my usual sleeping in!

    I'll usually wake up at least before 7:00, drink some coffee, walk the dog (short walk, only about 10 minutes), then I'll eat my breakfast around 7:30-8:00.

    I love breakfast. By far my favorite meal of the day!
