Finally, My Ticker's Moved

    Its been about two months since I have been able to move my ticker. Should have really moved it in the wrong direction as I had a 4lb gain AFTER I returned from vaction. Took me about 4 weeks to get the gain reversed but then I've stalled for several weeks. This morning the scale showed a 1.4lb loss this week and my Wii Fit also finally told me that I'm no longer obese only overweight.
