Last week I discovered this website. I wrote my first introduction about how I lost 108 lbs and know was off track due to issues with snacking like crazy and not going to the gym..
I am so happy I found this site. After writing and reading the post it truly helped me..I got the best advice I could get from anyone I was told take it one day at a time one meal at a time. Something else that stuck with me is I already know what I need to do just get back to the basics and forget about the weight I lost and start my new weight loss from that point on. Since that day 06/11/09 I have a new start and have been to the gym and eating right again..Thanks to all and looking forward to posting with a little less weight on me.
