Gotta get back in the groove! I am 47 years old and it's not getting easier to lose weight! I sit at a computer all day and I have got to get myself back on track. Encouragement and support always works for me or should I say it has in the past. I'm looking forward to my new adventure.

I am back from 2006 (well, beg. on '07, but I lurked in 06) also! I forgot I had a profile here so I tried setting up a new one and it was already done for me! I did have to update the ticker though - I have lost and found about 50 lbs since then. (well, overall it was a gain of 20 lbs...but I lost quite a bit awhile ago...then back up again...*sigh*) Its been awhile since I saw the girl in that avatar, that was one of my low weights. I have not even let anyone take a picture of me since last summer...so.....I'll keep the old one!!
