  • Good Monday morning, chickies! Let's make this a binge-free week. All are welcome!
  • Day #14 I believe. Let's have a good week!
  • I am ready for a binge free week! (and want and need one too!)
  • Im on board! I need to start now! No more excuses for me! Today, after work I am going home and throwing away all the bad food and buying healthier food. Learn to eat more than once a day (i usually go to a fast food place after work and only eat that for the rest of the day). Buy snack foods for during work, also pack a lunch!!! so I have more energy at work!
  • I'm on board for this as well. I seem to do great during the day but have the urge to binge at night.

    Mayhem, we're starting about the same time and are also about the same weight/height. Here's wishing us both good luck for the coming week!

  • Update from yesterday. Did great all day though I had a major issue keeping my calories up. Before tennis (after dinner) I had only consumed 1k (wasn't hungry). Unfortunately around 9pm the hunger hit and I started what looked like was going to be a binge. Some how I managed to stop myself before It became an issue. I logged the extra calories and still came in under limit, though barely.

    Today, to keep this from happening, I'm going to add in more calories throughout the day and drink green tea at night.

    I'm excited.

    Day 4 is here, and it's FRIDAY, and I have nooo impulse to binge. I've loosen up my goals a little to make it more acceptable, and stopped restricting myself from delicious foods I enjoy, and so far so good.

    I hope I can continue two more days without binging, so then I'll have gotten through 6 out of 7 days of this week's challenge without binging! Which is gnarly since I've been binging a lot recently! Woot woot!

  • Day #18! This weekend is looking good! I am finally under 200lbs as well! It's a huge motivator for me!

    I'll need a redo starting the week of June 8th- this has not been a binge free week for me at all. I've just started a blog in a determined effort to be binge free for at least 8 weeks ( a lofty goal, given my history, but I need to prove to myself that anything is possible) and I've just started a blog at fatgirlthindress.wordpress.com/ feel free to check it out- if anyone has any insights on binge eating and how they have had success fighting it I would love to hear about it!
