June Turbo Challenge starts June 1st!! Our goal.....20 Turbo Jam Workouts in the month of June. Of course you can do additional workouts, just add those in when you have done them. We will weigh in each Monday, starting June 1st. And then a final weigh in June 30th.
Also, we will have a goal unrelated to working out. Total health is more then just how many days we work out or how many calories we eat. What else are you neglecting that would make you a healthier person. 30 mins of quiet time just for yourself? Water intake? Scheduled playtime with the kiddos? Washing your face? You pick it out!! We are amazing creatures and we need to take care of ourselves before we can take care of the ones we love! You are worth the effort...you are worth the time!!!
