Here it goes (Again.)

  • I'm ba-ack

    I left for a while to concentrate on school, and if anything, wandering around campus help keep my weight under control, but being home means I'm more prone to sitting on my bum eating junk food. I really want to have a flat belly by the end of summer, before I go back to school. But more than that I want to really lock in some healthy habits so I never have to see size 16 pants again.

    I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and my family eats meat, which generally means that there's a whole bunch of starch in the house, so I'm trying to cut all this down, plan my meals and over all eat healthier. Any tips ladies?
