  • Hey girls; I was thinking of starting this up again because it really helped me stay on track. I'm in desperate need of motivation and I think this might help.

    Here's the deal- you pick a goal or several goals and you do them everyday for 21 days, you can have up to three skips (such as TOM or holiday) and after that you have to start over at day 1

    I hope lots of you join in and we can keep each other motivated

    Here are my goals for each day:

    1. No soda
    2. Stay under 1500 calories
    3. Active at least 20 mins a day

  • Ooh...I am definitely in!! My 30th birthday is exactly 3 weeks from tomorrow, so I would love to do this to get myself back on track!!!

    1) Eat no more than 1500 calories a day
    2) At least 30 minutes of activity every day.
    3) Only two "sweets" at most throughout the week.

    - 1200 to 1600 cals
    - 8 glasses of water per day
    - be active 20 minutes per day
    - gym at least 3x per week
    - only ONE cheat meal (TOUGH!!)
  • Angeline, you are heaven sent for starting this again. It really helped me a lot.

    1) Only use Points/Activity Points on week days - Flex points can ONLY be used on Fridays and Saturdays
    2) Be active at least 30 minutes a day - gym, outside or work out dvd
    3) No McDonald's Iced Coffee/Starbucks

    1. No soda for me either ( on day 7 now, hoping to make this permanent)
    2. Workout video 5 days a week
    3. Walk/jog everyday
    4. track caloric intake on thedailyplate

    3. At least 80 oz water a day
    4. One cheat food a week
    5. No carbs after 3pm
  • Hmmm. I think I want to give up soda, too. It's also TOM so not having the caffeine could be a good thing!
  • hmmm... memorial day- how's everyone doing on this holiday? I always find it more difficult to stay on track during holidays

  • I didn't really finish this last time but I have continuously been drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day So I'm in for another 21 days!

    1. 1200 to 1400 cal. a day
    2. 20 min of exercise a day
    3. 8 glasses of water a day
  • I skipped today. I'm starting tomorrow!!
  • Day #2 is going good.

    I made spicy sausages and baked potatoes since I won't be BBQ'in today. Looks like I'll be around 1350 calories. I drank coke zero, though. So boo on that. I did walk for 30 minutes and my gym is closed for the holiday.
  • Day 1 was good. Completed all that I set out. Even for the bbq, i grilled my own separate veggies without the oil that they put on the others and only had 2 small bites of potato salad and corn bread. went to the gym and now i am really sore.
