Hi ladies,
So I graduated. I'm done with school for the first time in 21 years. I compeletly fell off the wagon during finals, pre-graduation celebration and post-graduation celebrations. But you only live once and if I would have spent the entire time counting everything I ate and freaking out then I would not have enjoyed any of it. It was nice to be "normal" for a few days.
Now 70 more days of studying for the bar exam then I really get my life back. My goal is to working up to exercising 5 days a week. As I think I may have reported I was having post TT problems becasue I would hurt my abs every time I went to the gym. I tried again yesterday and survived. I did 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights my shoulders are sore but my abs are ok today. That is a good sign right. So I took today off and am going to try again tomorrow.
Next working on getting my food in check.
