Look at the reasons why you're stuck. I'm not saying there's no such thing as an honest plateau, but many times what we think are plateaus are actually us not tracking carefully, not getting enough fluid, not exercising, etc. For a few days, track every last morsel of food that goes into your mouth - even "just a bites." Change up your exercise routine. If you can tolerate it, plan more green salads in your meals.
