I read in a magazine that for loosing wieght you should make a list of all the benefits of loosing and maintaining a healthy weight and adding to the list if you think of other things along the way.
I thought it was a good idea.
so here's mine:
I will be more relaxed and at ease in everything i do.
I'll be happier.
My clothes will fit better and look nicer.
I'll be able to fit into stylish LLbean clothes in the magazines.
I might be more attractive to the opposite sex...
I'll feel healthier and more alive.
I'll feel less inhibited to try new activities.
I will be reducing the likely hood of developing diseases later in life.
I'll be more active and productive into my old age.
i'll get a feeling of accomplishment from my success.
