Bread-free 'breading' [paleo-friendly]

  • My mother used to cut aubergines in halves then bread the surface and just let them cook in the oven till tender, I used to love them but since there's real bread I definitely cannot have them now, so here's the bread-free 'breading' I invented, and it tastes good too!

    1 tablespoon coconut flour
    1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    1 pinch garam masala or mixed spices of your liking

    Mix and use, I love it!!
