Sweat Equity April 27 - May 3

  • Do you need some exercise accountabiity? What exercise did you do today?
  • 60 minutes of walking on the treadmill for me.
  • About 1 hour walking and 20 minutes weights/strength training.
  • Nothing yet today but yesterday I did Yoga Booty Ballet- Total Toning. I love the burn it gives my bum!
  • Went yesterday even though I was tired and really didn't want to. I even left work and went, ah, I don't need to work out today, then the next thing I knew I was at home getting ready to go to the gym....perhaps a habit forming here???

    anywho, I'm planning on working out again tonight!

    I did another 60 minutes on the treadmill.....45 sec wogs and 4:15 min walks.
  • Wednesday: About 1 hour walking
  • Yesterday I swam 45 minutes.
  • Yesterday, I did incline walking on the treadmill for an hour. This is only week 2, but I can already tell difference in my fitness.
  • Friday: About 1 hour walking and 20 minutes weights/strength
  • Friday: 30DS Level 2 and Walk Away the Pounds for Abs 3 Mile Walk.
  • For the two days, I've gotten on the treadmill for 60 minute walks. I can't do the running progra right now as my legs are extremely achey.
  • Saturday: 30DS Level 2, Walk Away the Pounds Super Challenge, 30DS Level 1
