    Yahy!!!!!


    I made it to the 50 lb mark! Ive never ever lost that much weight. And Im close to being at a weight lower than what Ive been for almost 10 yrs!!!!

    Now on for the next 50.........

    Oh Mug. This is just FANTASTIC!!!!! You did it. You really, really did it. One nice big chunk - gone, history, over and out. You now know for sure that you are capable of losing weight. You - yes YOU. And there is no stopping you. Because you my dear are a losing machine!
