I binged last night, but am still proud of myself

  • so I had a binge yesterday. I didnt count points.

Today at lunch I had to go out and get something, found myself in the McDonalds drive thru, I sat scr*w it, I am ordering a dbl cheeseburger, lg fries and regular coke.

got to the speaker, and a caesar salad and diet coke came out of my mouth!!!

I counted points today, went for a bike ride. I feel great!!!!

I know I dont post much here, but just want to say I read many times daily and you are all my inspiration and you all keep me going!!

    thank you!!!
  • That is something for you to be hugely proud of!!!!
  • Good job!! Too many times a binge can lead to days and days of unhealthy eating, and you got right back on the horse. It's tough I know!
  • Amazing come-back girl!! Good job. It's so easy to say sc#$% it and enter binge-land.
Take this moment and enjoy and build on it
  • Man, you must have surprised all those nasty Fat Pounds lurking at Micky D's right out of a year's bloat --- "She ordered a WHAT??"

Good for you for recognizing that one bad choice or one day of bad choices or even one MONTH of bad choices doesn't force you back into that old life where the Pounds held the whip and you did as you were told --- you can turn it all right around with one moment of clear thinking and will power.

    APPLAUSE! APPLAUSE!
  • Way to go!
  • Good for you for making one day, just one day. I think that's got to be the first step in somehow working treats into life in a more controlled way.
  • Great job--changing habits will help you immensely..be sure to stop for a moment and feel HOW GREAT it feels to be choosing something fantastic for you! That feeling can become addictive and when it does..whoa! watch out!@
  • Terrific Choice! Congrats on getting back on track.
