Hi all
It has taken me awhile but I am 30lbs lighter. It has been almost 21 weeks so I guess for diet & exercise that is not bad. I believe slow and steady wins the race.
Five yrs ago I lost 98lbs in 7 months and I do not want to do that again. I did not exercise, just took pills and barely ate. Do not go that route. It is not living.
This time I am doing it all by myself, well I have family that help but no pills no gimmicks and I know it will last. I love what I eat and I love to exercise. My whole family is 150+ lbs lighter.
Now I am ready to restart to mark a new goal.
