  • I start everyday w/ 30g/ protien- this is one of my faves:

    3 slices Trader Joes turkey bacon (nitrate free- 30 cals/ slice & 6 gr/ pro)
    1 slice sprouted wheat bread from Trader Joes (60 cals/ 5 gr/ pr)
    1 slice low fat white chedder cheese from Costco (70 cals/ 7 gr/ pr)
    sliced tomato

    best part is that it is very filling and has 220 cals

    I also eat Siggi's yogurt (100-120 cals/ 20 gr/ pro) and mix in chocolate protien powder and strawberries.
