    I hit my goal, 135! I was so antsy the other day, I posted pics at 139. I will post some more once I can maintain 135, because I am sure this is not going to last -- that I will hit 137 a half a dozen more days. Oh, well. 185 to 135 in one year, and truthfully, it didn't feel like very much work. I have been eating homemade chili and Papa Murphy's Gourmet Vegetable pizza for the last week. Go figures.
