    I'm not sure about any of you but I couldn't get in a good workout at the gym without listening to some amazing tunes. I find that this can motivate me like no other, even to GET to the gym. I hate working out my lower body (figures it's the one that needs the most work) - and these are the songs that make those squats fun (well kind of).

    PS - I am 36 so by no means a youngen but I listen to all kinds of music that I download from iTunes. Hereis my playlist for my BUTT days!

  • If I'm not listening to an audiobook while working out I usually stick with Billy Joel. Not all of his songs are suitable for working out, but most of them are.

  • i use what i call "gangsta rap"...things that make you wanna dance, its really poppy hip-hop..that works for me
  • I like a mix of everything. I like the "dance" songs that move you..... I finally got some on my new ipod and boy did Jake (my dog) get a workout this AM.
