  • Welcome again ladies to another installment of our wonderful exercise thread. I am very proud to have a dedicated group of girls who take their health seriously, but with a fun twist.
    Our current total is 20163, but this month I want to set the bar a little higher.

    The new goal is 30163 which means we all will have to work our butts off to 10000 minutes!

    45 min elliptical, 60 min power pump, 60 min dance, 60 min track workout = 225 min

    We are learning the dance moves to Thriller at work--so I can add 45 minutes for that!

  • didn't do anything today- really sore from the last two work outs, giving it a rest. I'm going to set my goal at 1100 this time around. Lets see what I can do?!!?
  • Did 30 walk and 45 min bike. I know we have a way to go but I know we can do it.

    I am going to try to actually make 2000 this month!! I will do it!!

  • Velveteen, you won't be a tortoise! Anything is better than nothing. I didn't even meet my goal last month, but it kept me motivated.
