  • Wow, I feel like a great big wimp compared to you exercise rockstars, but I'm just getting started so I think my goal for April will be something I'm pretty sure I can handle as long as I stick with it. I'm shooting for 400 minutes.

  • i have yet to meet my goal on this but i have been walking max alot and getting to the gym more so i am gonna commit to 1000 which is way higher than i usually commit to.
