Snacked too much yesterday. I did go to the pool for a swim, but was feeling extra lazy and quit after 20 minutes. What a bum! I only did like 10 laps. Well, at least I did SOMETHING.
Wednesday:
B - raisin bran, strawberries, skim milk
S - cottage cheese w/blueberries
L - leftover asparagus pasta stuff
S - banana, wasa cracker w/swiss cheese, yogurt, 2 sticks of gum
D - chicken aglio e olio, roasted asparagus, and pasta
S - handful of grapes
E - none, I took the dog to the dog park instead
