  • Good Morning Everyone.

    Weight this morning. Starting over today... 260, I have gained a pound since last weigh in. I have been off of plan for 2 weeks.
  • I gained .2 pounds.
    Maybe next week will be better.
  • Last week - 305
    This week - 306

    +1 this week.
  • My scale is confused today.
    I've gotten on and off of it at least 10 times since 8:00 this morning and it can't make up its mind. It said I was 248 about 6 times and 250 the other 4.
    I didn't move the scale around or anything, or change my clothes.

    Therefor, I am going with 249. A one pound loss.

    I am thinking I need to revist the idea of buying a new scale again.
  • Down 3 pounds this week to 241.4. That was encouraging after less than a pound loss last week. Unfortunately today isn't going as well as it should as there was leftover tuna noodle casserole...oh how I am addicted to carbs.
  • Down 1.6 this week.
  • yesterday weighin in, was down 3 lbs for the past week

  • 4 lbs lost. After being stuck for two weeks, it's such a relief.
