Blah

  • I fell off the wagon this week. I don't really have any excuses, other than I didn't feel like tracking calories. I just wanted to mindlessly eat, like I used to.

    So tomorrow morning I have to climb back into the wagon, and keep going. I just thought I would post this here to hold myself accountable, and force myself to get my act together. LOL
  • Blah happens. Congratulations on recognizing it, not beating yourself up about it, and on planning the leap back onto the wagon. Very healthy.
  • It happens. It happened to me last night. You are doing exactly what you need to do- pick up and keep moving. It's unrealistic to expect to get there smoothly without ever having a bobble. The difference between those who succeed and those who fail is persistence.
