I fell off the wagon this week. I don't really have any excuses, other than I didn't feel like tracking calories. I just wanted to mindlessly eat, like I used to.
So tomorrow morning I have to climb back into the wagon, and keep going. I just thought I would post this here to hold myself accountable, and force myself to get my act together. LOL
Blah happens. Congratulations on recognizing it, not beating yourself up about it, and on planning the leap back onto the wagon. Very healthy.
It happens. It happened to me last night. You are doing exactly what you need to do- pick up and keep moving. It's unrealistic to expect to get there smoothly without ever having a bobble. The difference between those who succeed and those who fail is persistence.
