Pre Conditioning Advice, etc.

  • Hi, I am on day 4 of pre con and it has been going well. I have lost about 4 lbs so far. Does anyone have any advice and/or recipes for pre con? I would also like to know what happens next. Does the diet get much stricter? I am going to my first food class tomorrow.
  • Sorry I have another question: It has been really hard giving up the caffiene. If I dont' completely cut it out of my diet, how will it affect my WL?
  • I was told that caffeine is a toxin to the liver and that is where your fat metabolism takes place. Pre-con is there to give you time to come off that stuff so just take it slow. Trust me though, you feel so much better when you come off the caffeine!
