YOU... who falters at times... but knows what to do and how to do it and who WILL make it!!!

YOU... who's struggling, but still comes, still posts, still is working things out.

YOU... who's given up hope almost completely... but has a bit of a glimmer left.

I am SO PROUD of you all. So proud that you come here. So proud to share this journey with you all. You are all CRITICAL in this weight loss journey that we are all on together.

I love you my sisters and (brother or two) in this weight loss battle of the fat nasties (thanks Numina!!!)

and for you? That's just THINKING about starting this journey and just TESTING the waters... THIS IS YOUR SIGN.

Yeah, we rock. We all rock. We're here getting and giving so much support to each other, and it's just fantastic. It's such a friendly, wonderful place, and I've seen very little disagreement and absolutely none of the spite and nastiness that I've seen on other forums. Everyone, it's truly an honour and a privilege to have come to know you all. Love you all!

This was the first thread I opened this morning and POW! I suddenly feel ready to take on a battalion of fat nasties! Thank you for such lovely words of encouragement, Tammy --- it means so much because you DO know how hard this all can be. We should be proud of ourselves; we are on a very difficult and very exciting journey and as long as we are moving forward, we are winning.

Wonderful post. You're right - everyone here has so much to be proud of. Whether we've reached goal, lost 80 pounds so far, or 2 pounds so far. Whether we're months and years into this journey, or just figuring out how to get started - we've all taken the first big step, and we're all here for each other.
