Im not doing any particular plan... I am counting calories. I try to stay within 1500-1800 a day. I work out 4-5 times a week including cardio and strength training. drink lots of water and try to focus on healthy whole food, whole grains, and lean protein. I eat lots of fruits and vegies and am still working hard on learning how to fight the cravings. My cravings are less often, and not as intense...but, i still have them. It has taken me 11 and a half months to lose 100 lbs. I started in april of 08. Im so glad you are inspired, you will get there! the time really does seem to fly by. I can't believe its almost been a year! good luck to you

that is so motivating because we started out at the same weight almost! I cant wait to be where your at!!! congrats! your getting closer and closer every day! out of curiosity what plan do you follow and how long did it take you to loose 100 lbs?
