Work Out Routine?

  • I am saving my pennies so I can spend time with a personal trainer but until then I would like some input on my work out. I usually use the treadmill first for about 40 minutes at 3.5. Then I move to the Eliptical which I do for 20 minutes. Next I do strength machines such as rowing, crunches, and the leg press. I get my heart rate up to 165 (sometimes higher) so I feel that I am getting a cardio work out but am I wrong? Any input would be very helpful

  • It depends on your age for the heart range. Im 36 and high cardio range for me is 150. It sounds like your doing it right. Keep up the good work!!
    If your losing weight then you must be doing something right!
