met a few mini-goals this week!

  • so i'm very excited because i met a few of my mini-goals but im scared about keeping up the progress
    1. lost 5 lbs since getting OP last month
    2. ran a 5k without walking for the first time
    3. replaced all my size 16 work pants with 14s

    im really worried about getting off track though. i have two bad months in a row at work, 60-100 hrs per week... wish me luck
  • You have accomplished so much already the work thing will be a breeze. You are on a roll. stay focused and stay on track, you can do this, your mini goals prove it. Good job.

  • Congratulations! You've done so well already, I know you'll be able to keep it up. If you plan your food ahead of time and keep a supply of healthy snacks at work, it will be easier to stay on track. And exercise will help to handle the stress of those long days.
