i've been hovering at a 10lb. loss for about 2 weeks now. i haven't had a lot of time to exercise so i've been eating for a "sedentary lifestyle" according to the daily plate. i realize that exercise is important, but since i am eating the calorie amounts for someone who isn't exercising, why is it stalling? not a lot has changed since the first couple of weeks (that went well) so I don't understand why I am not getting anywhere.
though i will say that people have noticed a change in how i look. does that count more than the numbers do?
