Entirely off topic...

I have been flipping my boss crap all day about having to work, and NO ONE else in the whole entire WORLD is working but us......wah wah wah.....just giving him a hard time.

About 11:00 this morning we are going over the benefits package with our new hire, and we realize we are suppose to be closed today! Can you believe it? Here we are working when we could have all slept in today.....not one of us figured out to look up and see if we were suppose to be off today! Such boobs!

So we are going home at 1pm......

Well don't feel bad, I'm working today too

Meeeee too! Everyone else is Canada has a stat and I know it's president's day in the states which makes it worse! My phone has barely rang today and I just clued in a couple hours ago it was because everyone is asleep!

the only way I have a day off is if the building is closed and with the courts and clerk's office closed working for an attorney is boring today...I've done nothing all day..

I'm working, as always. One of the many downfalls of working in food service, we're never closed!

I'm definitely working. And I work for a state university, you'd think they'd close up shop!

my stepdaughter had school today- she was less than pleased! but hubby and i own a company so i work from home anyway... but we were open!!

Yep. We're in BC too so my daycare is open and my hubby's at work and the girls are at school. Le sigh.

I had to work today and so did DH. It's not fair!
