  • Hi all - Thought I would start this thread as New Zealand gets to the new week first!

    Had a hard week emotionally so am please I lost 1.4kg (3 pounds) this week! very happy I don't think I will lose any thing this week as I'm going away with my girlfriends for a big weekend in Queenstown - so might be a bit of a blow out!
  • I am down one - finally! Which means I've lost 3 pounds in six weeks. Grr. At least the scale is moving in the correct direction!

  • Last week I met my Vday goal weight... but after having a Friday the 13th party and enjoying some treats on Vday (within my calorie budget)... I am at 252.4 today. The good thing is that I am down from yesterday and I am in line to lose some more by the end of the week.
  • 2 lbs this week
  • One pound down this week, slowly inching my way to goal.
  • I was 299.8 this morning which is down 1.2 from last sunday. Slowly this week but below 300 now so I'm all good
  • oooh i can't wait! weigh in day is tomorrow! kind of not looking forward to it because i might not have lost but i like to see anyway

  • I think I'm making up for not losing anything last week but in the last 7 days I lost 6.2lbs!
  • Trying to start over once again (gosh, I feel like I have been doind that a lot lately). Down 1 this week.

  • Congratulations everybody! And Erin, way to go. Up .8 this morning. Even with that and last weeks small gain... still averaging a 1.5 lb loss per week this month. Yeah!!! And way better than the alternative.

  • 280.4 ... Im down 2.4 lbs from last week next week i WILL be seeing the 270s .. haven't seen them since last June!!
