Hi I am 28 years old and have a weight issue for the last 5 years. I have a 9 year old son and even after I had him I lost all the weight. I am 5'2 and probably 165lbs. I don't even know because I do not own a scale...lol...But I am around that weight. I need help, I have to lose 30 pounds by May. Can someone give me some hints on what diet I should do...Thanks
Welcome from NC! Maybe you need to look at the WW forum or counting calories forum.Keep a journal of your daily food intake with counting calories and adding some form of exercise. Good luck to you.
