Recently went through a death in the family and the emotional rollercoaster to go along with it. I think I'm doing better, but each day is a new one. I started reading some of the posts and found here is a great support group to give and receive the strength to get where we all want to go. I am looking forward to meeting new people and finding out what works best to achieve my goal weight of 125!!!
