  • I'm going for 1000 minutes this month, my second month of exercising! I also have a goal of not missing more than two days in a row of working out. I want to continue to improve my endurance; I'm up to 3.5 min jogging with 2 min of walking in between for a total of 25 min. I'll be adding my miles to last month's total.

    Well, I caught a bad cold on the 17th, and wasn't able to exercise without coughing until today. I kept up with my diet and got right back into my endurance training today. Even though I didn't make my goal of 1000 minutes, I'm happy that I was able to increase my ability to jog from 3.5 to 16 minutes this month. I also increased my jogging speed from 4.5 to 5.0.
