All i can say is i wish i had listened to the warnings people had given me when i took my dieting to the extremes I ended up underweight yet convinced i was still fat , now i am actually overweight and cutting myself up about the fact i did not realise what i was before.
Anyway I am now starting my life again and my new way of eating which is not a diet but more of a lifestyle change.
I am hoping to recive the same support and help I had last time with my weightloss.
I am glad to be back (sorry to rant have not done it in awhile)
